Q: How does this process work?

A: Contact us then we’ll get in touch with you and set up a time to meet, go over your needs/wants, draw up designs. Once the project is approved by you, we will add you to our schedule and start on your project as soon as we can, weather permitting.

Q: How much does it cost?

A: Prices vary for each project since every project is unique. Prices are based off of supplies, materials, labor, transportation fees, disposal fees, and etc.

Q: I want someone to make a design for me and then I’ll do that work. Can you do that?

A: Yes! We love to design spaces and would love to help you with that. Our fee starts at $100 and goes up from there based on the size and complexity of the design. If we do the install then the design fee is included in the project.

Q: How can I pay you?

A: Cash or Credit Card (online via a link from the invoice we’ll send you via QuickBooks (Intuit).)

Q: Do you offer consulting?

A: Yes! We would love to help you with your space and charge based on the complexity of the consult.

Q: What all do you offer?

A: Designs, Installs, Clean out, Maintenance – yes. We also have a list of trusted companies we work with if you need other services, ie irrigation, pools, etc.

Q: Do you have a warranty?

A: Yes! We will replace plants only if you’ve followed the care instructions we give you. If there’s an event that’s out of our control, like a storm, and plants are damaged or die from it then we will replace plants at a discounted rate.
